The 4E process, is one of very few RFID-manufacturing processes completely free of plastic and hazardous chemicals which makes it environment-friendly. On the other hand, the product and the production have a low carbon footprint. Since all residues, aluminum and paper, are recycled and the process is certified to reduce or eliminate emissions, effluents and waste.
The materials used to produce RFID antennas with our technology are wood and aluminium. In fact, Wood and aluminium are two natural materials that are bio degradable and recycleable, meaning that the process of manafacuring can be entirely sustainable if the material is responsibly sourced.
